What we work on
We assess, diagnose, and help navigate the anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and burnout that comes with ADHD. A lot of what we see is the weight that builds up around unrecognized ADHD, what we call Emotional Distress Syndrome (EDS).
What sessions look like
We meet over secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can join from anywhere in Texas, and you're always in control of what you share.
Regular sessions run 50 or 25 minutes
Your first session runs longer — 90 minutes if you already have an ADHD diagnosis, 120 minutes if you don't

ADHD is our specialty, and it shapes how we work with you even when it's not why you came in. Many of the people we see have spent years blaming themselves for things that were never their fault. Diagnosed or not, we know how to help.

The Life Empowerment Center is a Texas-based tele-health counseling practice specializing in ADHD. We work with adults, teens, and children who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, build resilience, and find a path forward that actually fits.
About LPC-Associates: In Texas, an LPC-Associate is a fully licensed counselor completing their hours toward independent licensure under the supervision of an LPC-Supervisor. Sessions are clinically supervised and the lower fee reflects this stage of licensure — not a difference in the quality of care you receive.
