| What to expect | The Starter Package centers around six weeks of live, virtual Q&A sessions hosted by our team called “ADHD Town Hall”. Each session is informal and discussion-based. There are no wrong questions and no homework. You can show up as you are! Between sessions, on-demand education content is available for you to explore at your own pace on topics including:

| What happens after the Starter Package? | Many clients use the Starter Package as a way to build understanding and confidence before beginning individual therapy. If you'd like to continue with Individual Therapy, we'll help you take the next step. There is no pressure and no automatic enrollment into anything further. You decide what comes next. |
| Both providers available | The Starter Package is facilitated by both James Ochoa, LPC-S and Jennifer Walsh, LPC-Associate. Both providers bring deep ADHD expertise and personal understanding to the work. Counseling services are available to clients physically located in Texas only. |
