Click the “Add To Cart” button once to complete the ADHD Navigator Training application, then click the “Add To Cart” button again at the bottom of the application form. Checkout and pay your $111 ADHD Navigator Training deposit by clicking on the purple shopping cart icon on the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Your deposit is applied toward your first month’s payment. Deposits are fully refundable if you decide not to participate by notifying us more than 30 days before training starts.
